Incredibly responsive and zeroed in quickly to our needs and interests in the Chicago market. We were living overseas at the time, which complicated things. They were able to accommodate our tight schedule during a year-end visit to Chicago and arranged three full days of properties for us to visit. They could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful during this trip and we were able to find the place for us. We finalized things from overseas with their assistance and closed in early April. They were a wonderful source of information as we compared the pros and cons of the various properties we had identified and their locations. A great overall experience.
