This past week, Chicago has been in the spotlight again. Logan Square was recognized as one of the “Coolest Neighborhoods in the World,” and the city itself was named the Best Big City in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler—for the 8th year in a row. It’s no surprise to those of us who know and love this city, especially as we enter the most beautiful months of September and October. Maybe that’s what prompted us to reflect on our favorite corner of Chicago.

After 30 years in this incredible city, we've finally found our ideal spot. It took decades of experience, exploration, and guiding others to their perfect homes, but we’ve realized our favorite place isn’t just one neighborhood—it’s a mix of three. A trifecta that perfectly captures the energy, elegance, and soul of Chicago: Gold Coast, Streeterville, and River North.

Being real estate brokers here for nearly three decades, we’ve spent more time than most navigating the city’s rich and varied neighborhoods, and we’ve come to understand that each area offers something uniquely special. Nestled between the Magnificent Mile and the shores of Lake Michigan, Streeterville is a vibrant mix of sleek, modern high-rises and classic Chicago style. The views here are unbeatable—Lake Michigan on one side, the Chicago skyline on the other. It’s a neighborhood that truly represents the ambition and growth of this great city.
